In Case of an Emergency

We try our best to answer our own after hours emergencies when at all possible.  We pride ourselves on trying to be available at all times for our clients.  But, if you should have an after hours emergency and you are unable to get in touch with us, we also have a fully equipped emergency animal hospital that is open 24 hours a day.  We are in regular contact with them and if something should happen they provide us with all of the details of your pets emergency.

If you should call us after hours (at 423-332-0979), you will get our answering machine which will give you the phone number of our doctor on call.  If by chance he or she is tied up with another emergency and does not answer the phone (or call you back with a few minutes), don't hesitate to call the emergency animal hospital -- The R.I.V.E.R. (Regional Institute of Veterinary Emergency Referrals).
