Sequoyah Animal Hospital
Veterinary Assistants

Rhonda Laudone -  joined the practice in March of 2008.  Rhonda has been married for 12 years and moved from North Carolina to Tennessee 8 years ago.  She has 2 four-legged kids, "Spirit" and "Kalijah".  Spirit is the lazy, lovable couch tator Lab that seems to be very jealous of mom's attention.  If she doesn't like one of mom's critters, she sets them free by letting them back out the gate.  Kalijah is her high-maintenance dog with his skin issues.  He has allergies, then all of his hair falls out, then he gets sunburned and mom has to coat him in sunblock.  But he is lovable too!   She also since working here has accumulated 2 cats. She also has her "gangster critters".  The gangster critters are the animals that were dropped off in her neighbor"hood" that she takes care of.  This group consists of -- Sam, Bentley, and Fuzzy.  She used to have a peacock that was part of the "hood" but she was able to find him a home (but not before he pooped all in her car!)

Brandi Plank - joined the team in November of 2007 as a receptionist.  She quickly moved up to a full time veterinary technician while at the same time attending Chattanooga State.

In May of 2009 she married Jeremie. They are now expecting a baby in October '10. They enjoy spending time w/their zoo which consists of: Jack, the three-legged dog, their five cats (Spazz, Tantrum, Hitch, Fancy, Kallie-Ko), Precious, the red-eared slider (turtle), Cash, the Great Dane puppy, and  Bacon, the terrier mix.

Jeanna Smith - joined our team in January of 2008.  She is a happy-go-lucky kind of person.  She started out as a receptionist working in our front office but she is very motivated to continue learning and is now working as a technician. Though she can be one of the silliest members of our staff, she has a genuine love for both the clients and their pets and truely cares about doing her job and doing it well.

Jeanna has 3 dogs: Rebel, Buck, and Cosmo.  She was married to Jimmy in the Spring of 2006.  They now have a beautiful son named Colt.  She loves her job and plans on working at Sequoyah Animal Hospital for a very long time.
